The NB-IoT and LoRaWAN integrated vibration transmitter significantly saves manpower and material resources consumed by repeated deployment of wired data acquisition equipment during testing. It is widely used for vibration acceleration data acquisition and online monitoring of industrial equipment. The system node features a compact structure and small size, consisting of a power module, acquisition and processing module, and wireless transceiver module. It has a built-in acceleration sensor and is encapsulated in a dustproof and waterproof housing. The maximum sampling rate of each node can be set to 25.6 kHz, with an analysis bandwidth of up to 5 kHz, enabling envelope analysis of bearings to effectively diagnose bearing faults. The collected data can be wirelessly transmitted to a computer in real time, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. The node's wireless transmission rate can reach 250 kbps, with an effective outdoor communication distance of up to 200 meters. The node is designed with specialized power management hardware and software, resulting in low power consumption during real-time continuous transmission. Using the built-in battery and collecting data once every 20 minutes, it can last up to five years.
